Made by wrapping fresh vegetables and carefully selected meat together and grilling them, these skewers are not only beautiful to look at, but also extremely satisfying to eat.It is also packed with nutrients as it uses fresh seasonal vegetables.It goes well with alcohol and can be enjoyed with beer or sake.
